Version 1.0 — Last updated: March 2026

1. Who we are

Landworth Ltd ("Landworth", "we", "us", "our") provides automated desktop valuations, due diligence, and credit workflows for UK specialist property lenders. Our registered address is PO Box 6945-25075, London, W1A 6US.

For privacy-related queries, contact us at hello@landworth.ai.

2. What data we collect

We may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

  • Business contact information — name, job title, company name, work email address and phone number, collected when you request a demo, sign up for our platform, or correspond with us.
  • Account and authentication data — login credentials and session tokens required to secure access to the platform.
  • Usage analytics — aggregated information about how you interact with our website and platform (pages visited, features used, session duration) to help us improve the service.
  • Property data processed on behalf of clients — property addresses, title information, valuation inputs and comparable evidence. This data is processed by Landworth as a data processor on behalf of our lender clients (the data controllers).
  • Enquiry and support correspondence — the contents of emails, form submissions and support requests you send to us.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data under the following lawful bases provided by UK GDPR:

  • Contract performance — processing necessary to deliver the services you or your organisation have contracted for, including account provisioning, platform access, and support.
  • Legitimate interests — improving our products, understanding how the platform is used, ensuring network security, and communicating relevant product updates to existing business contacts, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Consent — where you have given explicit consent, for example opting in to marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
  • Legal obligation — where processing is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory requirement.

4. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Account data — retained for the duration of your organisation's contract and for up to 12 months after termination to allow for account recovery or contract renewal.
  • Demo request data — retained for up to 24 months from submission unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
  • Usage analytics — retained in aggregated, anonymised form. Identifiable session data is deleted within 90 days.
  • Property data processed on behalf of clients — retained in accordance with the data processing agreement in place with each client and deleted or returned upon termination of the agreement.

5. Third-party processors

We may share personal data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business. These processors act only on our instructions and are contractually bound to protect your data. Categories include:

  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Email and communication platforms
  • Analytics services
  • Payment and billing processors
  • Customer support tooling

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. International transfers

Your data is stored and processed within the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area (EEA). We do not routinely transfer personal data outside the UK/EEA. Should such a transfer become necessary, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the ICO, before any transfer takes place.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your personal data where there is no compelling reason for continued processing.
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
  • Restriction of processing — request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@landworth.ai. We will respond within one calendar month.

8. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to ensure essential functionality and to understand how visitors use the site. For full details, please see our Cookie Policy.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):

We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns before you approach the ICO, so please contact us first at hello@landworth.ai.
